Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Docuness handles billing, cancellations, and refunds for subscriptions.


1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.

  • If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase
  • Refunds apply only to the first subscription payment
  • After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable

2. Subscriptions

Docuness operates on a subscription-based billing model.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle
  • Billing cycles may be monthly or annual, depending on your plan
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

Cancellation

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access until the end of that period
  • No refunds are provided for unused time after the billing cycle renews

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

  • Within the 14-day money-back guarantee window, or
  • In cases of:
    • Duplicate charges
    • Billing errors
    • Verified technical issues preventing access to the platform

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


4. Annual Plans

For annual subscriptions:

  • Payments are billed upfront
  • The 14-day money-back guarantee still applies to the initial purchase
  • After 14 days, no partial or prorated refunds are provided

5. No Free Trials

Docuness does not offer free trials.

Instead, we provide a risk-free 14-day refund period so you can evaluate the platform with full access.


6. How to Request a Refund

  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for request

We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.

  • Chargebacks are handled by your payment provider
  • Initiating a chargeback may result in account suspension

8. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

  • Stripe manages payment processing and timing
  • Docuness defines all customer-facing billing and refund policies
